Stat. tit. 62, § 62-90.3","heading":"Rural Economic Development Loan Program","body":"There is hereby created the Rural Economic Development Loan\n\nProgram. The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry\n\nshall administer the Program, under which reduced rate loans may be\n\nmade by participating financial institutions to finance qualified\n\neconomic development projects from the Rural Economic Development\n\nLoan Revolving Fund created in Section 90.8 of this title.
