Stat. tit. 62, § 62-90.8","heading":"Rural Economic Development Loan Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to be\n\ndesignated the \"Rural Economic Development Loan Revolving Fund\".\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nDepartment as provided in the Rural Economic Development Loan Act.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department for\n\nthe purpose of implementing the Rural Economic Development Loan Act.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 62"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os62.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b1cdf14c132ef5decd5ef2fb9cf109339d1f9c336dc1930fcd61b6fd6921aa91","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-90.7","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-62-62-90.9"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
