Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1001.2","heading":"Application of act - Exceptions","body":"The Oklahoma Bedding Regulation Act shall apply to all persons\n\nengaged in the business of manufacturing, repairing, renovating,\n\ngermicidally treating, leasing, selling or offering to sell items of\n\nbedding. The Oklahoma Bedding Regulation Act shall not apply to:\n\n1. Individuals who make, repair, renovate, or germicidally\n\ntreat bedding for their own personal use;\n\n2. An individual or individuals, not a corporation, who make,\n\nrepair, renovate or sanitize quilts, comforters or pillow covers,\n\nincluding decorative pillows; or\n\n3.
