Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1001.4","heading":"Unlawful actions","body":"Unless otherwise provided by law, it shall be unlawful to:\n\n1. Sell, lease, manufacture, renovate or repair bedding without\n\nthe proper permit from the Commissioner;\n\n2. Manufacture, sell or deliver, lease, hold or offer for sale\n\nany bedding or bedding material unless it is labeled in accordance\n\nwith rules promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nBedding Regulation Act;\n\n3. Alter, mutilate, destroy, obliterate, or remove the whole or\n\nany part of the labeling of, or the doing of any other act with\n\nrespect to, bedding or bedding materials, if such act is done while\n\nsuch article is held for sale and results in such article being\n\nmislabeled or unlabeled;\n\n4. Distribute or knowingly receive in commerce any bedding, or\n\nbedding material, that is mislabeled, unlabeled or has been\n\nmanufactured, renovated, held or transported under unsanitary\n\nconditions;\n\n5. Disseminate any false or misleading advertisement;\n\n6. Refuse to permit entry or inspection, or to permit the\n\ntaking of a sample, as authorized by Section 8 of this act;\n\n7. Remove or dispose of a detained or embargoed article in\n\nviolation of Section 6 of this act;\n\n8. Forge, counterfeit, simulate, or falsely represent, or\n\nwithout proper authority use any mark, stamp, tag, label, or other\n\nidentification device authorized or required by rules promulgated\n\nunder the provisions of the Oklahoma Bedding Regulation Act;\n\n9. Sell or lease any renovated bedding or secondhand bedding,\n\nor any portions thereof, unless it is sanitized and labeled in\n\naccordance with rules promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Bedding Regulation Act;\n\n10. Renovate into bedding or bedding material any discarded\n\nmaterials obtained from dump grounds, junk yards, or hospitals\n\nwithin or without the State of Oklahoma; and\n\n11.
