Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1002.3","heading":"Fines","body":"Any retailer violating the provisions of paragraph 1 or 2 of\n\nSection 2 of this act shall be subject to an administrative fine by\n\nthe State Department of Health of not more than Five Hundred Dollars\n\n($500.00) per violation. Each set of bunk beds sold which does not\n\nconform to the provisions of paragraph 1 or 2 of Section 2 of this\n\nact shall be considered a violation.
