Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-105a","heading":"Liability insurance for certain employees","body":"The Department of Health is authorized to purchase or provide,\n\nfrom funds available for the operation of the Department, liability\n\ninsurance for the State Board of Health, the Commissioner of Health,\n\nand such other employees of the Department as may be designated by\n\nthe Board. The insurance coverage shall protect such persons from\n\npersonal civil liability for errors and omissions resulting from the\n\ndischarge of their official duties.
