Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-105d","heading":"Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Health, to be designated the \"Tobacco\n\nPrevention and Cessation Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies deposited to the credit of the fund by law.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State\n\nDepartment of Health for purposes of paragraph 2 of subsection C of\n\nSection 1, Chapter 340, O.S.L. 2000.
