Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-107","heading":"Public Health Special Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nto be known as the Public Health Special Fund. All monies, fees and\n\nrevenues collected, authorized or received from any source by the\n\nState Commissioner of Health or the State Department of Health under\n\nthe provisions of this Code or any other law or any agreement shall,\n\nunless otherwise expressly provided in this Code or other law, be\n\nplaced in said fund. Said fund shall be a continuing fund not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Commissioner for the purpose of maintaining and\n\noperating the State Department of Health, and in administering and\n\nexecuting the laws pertaining to the duties and functions of the\n\nState Department of Health.
