Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-107.2","heading":"Vaccine Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Health, to be designated the \"Vaccine\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\ndeposited to the credit of the fund by law. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the State Department of Health for the purchase of\n\nvaccines.
