Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-108","heading":"Federal funds - Grants and donations","body":"The State Treasurer shall act as custodian of funds received by\n\nand allotted to the State Department of Health and to the State\n\nCommissioner of Health by federal agencies, when requested to do so\n\nby such federal agencies; and the State Budget Director shall\n\nmaintain a system of accounts for such funds, and each allotment of\n\nfunds shall be kept and accounted for as a separate fund. Such\n\nfunds shall be disbursed in the same manner as state appropriated\n\nfunds, except as may otherwise be requested by the federal agency\n\nallotting the funds disbursed.
