Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1114","heading":"Rules and regulations - Enforcement","body":"(a) The authority to promulgate reasonable rules and regulations\n\nfor the efficient enforcement of this article is hereby vested in\n\nthe State Board of Health. The Board is hereby authorized to make\n\nthe reasonable rules and regulations promulgated under this article\n\nconform, insofar as practicable, with those promulgated under the\n\nFederal Act.\n\n(b) Hearings authorized or required by this Article shall be\n\nconducted by the State Board of Health or such officer, agent, or\n\nemployee as the Board may designate for the purpose.\n\n(c) Before promulgating any reasonable rules and regulations\n\ncontemplated by Section 1108, Section 1110(j), or Section 1111 of\n\nthis article, the Board shall give appropriate notice of the\n\nproposal and of the time and place for a hearing. The reasonable\n\nrules and regulations so promulgated shall become effective on a\n\ndate fixed by the Board (which date shall not be prior to thirty\n\n(30) days after its promulgation). Such reasonable rules and\n\nregulations may be amended or repealed in the same manner as is\n\nprovided for their adoption, except that in the case of reasonable\n\nrules and regulations amending or repealing any such reasonable\n\nrules and regulations the Board, to such an extent as it deems\n\nnecessary in order to prevent undue hardship, may disregard the\n\nforegoing provisions regarding notice, hearing, or effective date.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"83f9ced1d2d57b0c1e4086b57a32468e1349bc16e79cc887382b40007b298f34","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1113","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1115"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
