Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1115","heading":"Inspections","body":"The State Commissioner of Health or his duly-authorized agent\n\nshall have free access at all reasonable hours to any factory,\n\nwarehouse, or establishment in which foods are manufactured,\n\nprocessed, packed, or held for introduction into commerce, or to\n\nenter any vehicle being used to transport or hold such foods in\n\ncommerce after notice to the owner, or person in charge of such\n\nfactory, warehouse, establishment, or vehicle, for the purpose:\n\n(1) of inspecting such factory, warehouse, establishment or\n\nvehicle to determine if any of the provisions of this article are\n\nbeing violated, and\n\n(2) to secure samples or specimens of any food after paying or\n\noffering to pay for such sample. It shall be the duty of the\n\nCommissioner to make or cause to be made examinations of samples\n\nsecured under the provisions of this section to determine whether or\n\nnot any provision of this article is being violated; provided, that\n\na copy of the report thereof shall be furnished to the owner of such\n\nfactory, warehouse, establishment, or vehicle upon written request\n\nto the Commissioner; and provided, further, that nothing in this\n\narticle shall be construed to limit, modify, repeal or affect in any\n\nway the powers, duties or functions of the State Board of\n\nAgriculture.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"27a85f21c4cd577cfc9cc95945cbfca904ff7bf4f8d7db18f44d3148d9134603","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1114","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1116"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
