Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1116","heading":"Publication of reports","body":"(a) The State Commissioner of Health may cause to be published\n\nfrom time to time reports summarizing all judgments, decrees, and\n\ncourt orders which have been rendered under this article, including\n\nthe nature of the charge and the disposition thereof.\n\n(b) The Commissioner may also cause to be disseminated such\n\ninformation regarding food as the Commissioner deems necessary in\n\nthe interest of public health and the protection of the consumer\n\nagainst fraud.
