Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1120","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purpose of Sections 1121 through 1134 of this article:\n\n(a) the term \"food\" shall include any article used by man for\n\nfood, drink, confection, ice or condiment, or which enters into the\n\ncomposition of the same, whether simple, blended, mixed or\n\ncompounded.\n\n(b) the term \"frozen food locker plant\" shall mean a location or\n\nestablishment in which space in individual lockers is rented to\n\npersons for storage of frozen food and is equipped with a chill\n\nroom, sharp freezing facilities and facilities for cutting,\n\npreparing, wrapping and packaging meats and meat products, fruit and\n\nvegetables.\n\n(c) the term \"branch frozen food locker plant\" shall mean a\n\nlocation or establishment in which space in individual lockers is\n\nrented to persons for storage of frozen food after preparation for\n\nstorage at a frozen food locker plant.\n\n(d) the term \"sharp frozen\" shall mean the freezing of food in a\n\nroom in which the temperature is zero degrees (0~F) Fahrenheit or\n\nbelow.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"cac95901a814139f61ac5dce00b9c4b3181ea92d4edb066c65c8cf672a194e59","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1119","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1121"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
