Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1127","heading":"Construction of plant - Equipment","body":"(a) The floors, walls, and ceilings of locker plants and branch\n\nlocker plants, including all food processing rooms, slaughtering\n\nfacilities, and similar items, shall be of such construction and\n\nfinish that they can be conveniently maintained in a clean and\n\nsanitary condition. Walls and ceilings shall be well painted or\n\nfinished in some other approved manner and shall be refinished as\n\noften as necessary. Washing facilities including hot and cold water\n\nshall be provided for proper cleansing of utensils and equipment.\n\nThe lockers in any plant shall be so constructed as to protect the\n\ncontents from contamination, deterioration, or injury.
