Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1128","heading":"Sanitation and cleanliness","body":"All rooms of a locker plant or branch locker plant shall at all\n\ntimes be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. All\n\nequipment and utensils shall be clean when put into use and shall be\n\nthoroughly cleansed after each day's use and shall be so stored or\n\nprotected as not to become contaminated. Lockers shall be\n\nthoroughly cleansed before they are leased or put into the\n\npossession of any patron. The premises and surroundings of locker\n\nplants and branch locker plants shall be maintained in a clean and\n\nsanitary condition. The food stored shall be protected from filth,\n\nflies, dust, dirt, insects, vermin and any other contamination and\n\nfrom any unclean or filthy practice in the handling thereof or\n\ncaring therefor. No food shall be stored in such condition or in\n\nsuch manner as to cause injury to or deterioration of articles of\n\nfood in adjacent lockers. Tobacco shall not be used in any room\n\nwhere food is processed or stored.
