Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1131","heading":"Inspection, wrapping, identification of stored food","body":"No food shall be placed in a locker for storage unless it has\n\nbeen sharp frozen at the plant, or else transferred from home\n\nfreezer in solid frozen condition. No foods shall be placed in a\n\nlocker unless such foods have been inspected by the operator. No\n\nunwrapped meat or unwrapped or unpacked fruits or vegetables shall\n\nbe placed in any locker. Only material suitable for the wrapping of\n\nmeats that are to be frozen and stored shall be used.
