Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-114.21","heading":"Public School Vision Screening Modernization","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Health to be designated the “Public\n\nSchool Vision Screening Modernization Revolving Fund”. The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies deposited to the credit of the fund\n\nby law or from private funds donated for one or both of the purposes\n\nlisted in this section. All monies accruing to the credit of the\n\nfund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nState Department of Health for the following purposes:\n\n1. Awarding grants to public schools as provided by Section 2\n\nof this act; and\n\n2. Collection of necessary vision screening data including, but\n\nnot limited to, through the cloud-based platform and data management\n\nsystem described in Section 1210.284 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"cf023379f655fd12c57414cc9ffb09127624ae69341d4b49473292da19598887","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-114.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-114.22"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
