Any mobile food vendor who has been notified of a possible\n\nsuspension or revocation of his or her state license may request an\n\nadministrative hearing in accordance with the Administrative\n\nProcedures Act and rules promulgated by the State Commissioner of\n\nHealth.\n\nB.
