Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-121","heading":"Reports","body":"The State Department of Health shall issue reports no less than\n\nannually which may include recommendations to the Oklahoma\n\nLegislature for any change in the statutes needed to further the\n\npurposes of the Oklahoma Health Care Information System Act. The\n\ninitial report shall be submitted by January 1, 1993. The initial\n\nreport shall include but not be limited to an implementation\n\nschedule for the development and completion of the health care\n\ninformation system and the status of compliance with the health care\n\ninformation and data submission requirements of the Division.
