Any person engaged in the manufacture of a Mello-drink\n\nproduct shall separately register each product with the Department\n\nas provided by this section.\n\nB. Each application for a registered product shall be in such\n\nform as prescribed by the Department and shall be accompanied by a\n\nfee of Ten Dollars ($10.00). The application shall include the\n\ningredients of the product, and the proposed label or labels for the\n\nproduct. The Department shall approve such application if it\n\ndetermines the product will comply or has complied with the\n\nprovisions of this act. The information required by this subsection\n\nshall be kept current, and shall be amended within thirty (30) days\n\nof any change; provided, that the submission of containers for\n\napproval of minor informational changes on the label or changes in\n\nthe promotional panel of the label shall not require the payment of\n\nany fee.\n\nC. No Mello-drink product shall be sold unless it is registered\n\nwith and approved by the Department.\n\nD. In addition to any other penalty, the Department or its\n\nauthorized agent may, after any hearing, revoke or suspend the\n\nregistration of any Mello-drink product for violation of the\n\nprovisions of this act.\n\nE. All product registrations made pursuant to this section\n\nshall be confidential.
