The Department shall issue an annual license authorizing the\n\nmanufacture of Mello-drink products. The license shall expire at\n\nthe end of each fiscal year.\n\nB. Each application for a license shall be in the form as\n\nprescribed by the Department and shall be accompanied by a fee of\n\nFifteen Dollars ($15.00).\n\nC. The Department shall issue a license to each applicant who\n\nsatisfies the requirements of this act and the rules, regulations\n\nand orders adopted pursuant to this act.\n\nD. It is unlawful and a misdemeanor to engage in the\n\nmanufacture of Mello-drink products without a license for the\n\ncurrent fiscal year. Each separate plant or place of manufacturing\n\nshall require a license.\n\nE. The manufacture of Mello-drink products under unhealthful or\n\ninsanitary conditions or any other violation of this act shall be\n\ngrounds for revocation or suspension of the manufacturer's license.\n\nF.
