It is unlawful and a misdemeanor to import Mello-drink\n\nproducts into the State of Oklahoma without a license for such\n\nimportation.\n\nB. Each application for an import license shall be in the form\n\nas prescribed by the Department and shall be accompanied by a fee of\n\nFifteen Dollars ($15.00).\n\nC. In addition to an import license, each imported Mello-drink\n\nproduct must be registered and approved by the Department and\n\notherwise meet the same requirements and standards as Mello-drink\n\nproducts manufactured in this state.\n\nD.
