Any person violating any provisions of this act or any rule,\n\nregulation or order adopted in accordance with its provisions is\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than One\n\nHundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,000.00) for each violation or by imprisonment in the county jail\n\nfor not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both.\n\nB. Upon failure or refusal of a person to comply with the\n\nprovisions of this act or any rule, regulation or order adopted in\n\naccordance with its provisions, the Board or its authorized agent\n\nmay file an action in the district court to restrain and enjoin the\n\nperson from engaging in further acts violating the provisions of\n\nthis act or any rule, regulation or order. The court shall proceed\n\nas in other actions for injunctions.
