There is hereby created the Office of the State Coordinator\n\nfor Health Information Exchange within the Oklahoma Health Care\n\nAuthority.\n\nB. The Office shall have the power and duty to oversee the\n\nstate-designated entity for health information exchange, as\n\ndescribed under Section 1-133 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC.
