Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1414","heading":"Inspections","body":"The State Commissioner of Health or his duly-authorized agent\n\nshall have free access at all reasonable hours to any factor,\n\nwarehouse, or establishment in which drugs, devices, or cosmetics\n\nare manufactured, processed, packed, or held for introduction into\n\ncommerce, or to enter any vehicle being used to transport or hold\n\nsuch drugs, devices, or cosmetics in commerce, for the purpose: (1)\n\nof inspecting such factory, warehouse, establishment, or vehicle to\n\ndetermine if any of the provisions of this article are being\n\nviolated, and (2) to secure samples or specimens of any drug,\n\ndevice, or cosmetic after paying or offering to pay for such sample.\n\nIt shall be the duty of the Commissioner to make or cause to be made\n\nexamination of samples secured under the provisions of this section\n\nto determine whether or not any provision of this article is being\n\nviolated.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"81a7087327cc26990aece9ed53a7bb55829fc6a2a497ed466db21b484cbc771d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1413","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1415"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
