Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1415","heading":"Publication of reports and information","body":"(a) The State Commissioner of Health may cause to be published,\n\nfrom time to time, reports summarizing all judgments, decrees, and\n\ncourt orders which have been rendered under this article, including\n\nthe nature of the charge and the disposition thereof.\n\n(b) The Commissioner may also cause to be disseminated such\n\ninformation regarding drugs, devices, and cosmetics as the\n\nCommissioner deems necessary in the interest of public health and\n\nthe protection of the consumer against fraud.
