No person, state, county, or local governmental entity or\n\ncorporate entity may require an individual to undergo the implanting\n\nof a microchip or permanent mark of any kind or nature upon the\n\nindividual.\n\nB. The State Department of Health may impose a fine not to\n\nexceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) on any person who violates\n\nthis act.
