Any manufactured product containing cannabidiol, as provided\n\nfor in Section 2-101 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall\n\ninclude a label which contains, at a minimum:\n\n1. The country of origin of the cannabidiol; and\n\n2. Whether the cannabidiol is synthetic or natural.\n\nB. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any\n\npharmaceutical product approved by the Food and Drug Administration.\n\nC. Retail sales of industrial hemp and hemp products may be\n\nconducted without a license so long as the products and the hemp\n\nused in the products were grown and cultivated legally in this state\n\nor another state or jurisdiction and meet the same or substantially\n\nthe same requirements for processing hemp products or growing hemp.\n\nThe addition of derivatives of hemp, including hemp-derived\n\ncannabidiol, to cosmetics, personal care products and products\n\nintended for human or animal consumption shall be permitted without\n\na license and shall not be considered an adulteration of such\n\nproducts.
