Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1452","heading":"Authorized personnel - Supervision","body":"On and after May 1, 2002, medical micropigmentation may only be\n\nperformed in a physician’s office by:\n\n1. A physician as defined by the Oklahoma Medical\n\nMicropigmentation Regulation Act;\n\n2. A person licensed to practice registered nursing by the\n\nOklahoma Board of Nursing who holds a current certificate issued by\n\nthe State Commissioner of Health pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Medical Micropigmentation Regulation Act while working\n\nunder supervision of a physician. The level of supervision shall be\n\ndetermined by the physician in whose office medical\n\nmicropigmentation is being performed; and\n\n3. A person who holds a current certificate issued by the State\n\nCommissioner of Health pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nMedical Micropigmentation Regulation Act while working under\n\nsupervision of a physician.
