It shall be unlawful for any person to perform medical\n\nmicropigmentation or to represent himself or herself as a person\n\nauthorized to perform medical micropigmentation:\n\n1. Without having first complied with the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Medical Micropigmentation Regulation Act; or\n\n2. Unless otherwise authorized to perform medical\n\nmicropigmentation pursuant to the Oklahoma Medical Micropigmentation\n\nRegulation Act.\n\nB. The State Board of Health, giving consideration to the\n\nrecommendations of the Consumer Protection Licensing Advisory\n\nCouncil created in Section 44 of this act, shall promulgate rules to\n\nimplement the provisions of the Oklahoma Medical Micropigmentation\n\nRegulation Act. The rules shall include rules of practice for\n\nmedical micropigmentation training requirements and the\n\nestablishment of criteria for the certification of persons\n\nauthorized to perform medical micropigmentation.\n\nC. The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, the\n\nState Board of Osteopathic Examiners and the Board of Dentistry may\n\neach promulgate rules relating to the performance of\n\nmicropigmentation in physician offices by those physicians subject\n\nto their licensing authority.
