Certificates to perform medical micropigmentation shall be\n\nvalid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.\n\nB. Fees for certification to perform medical micropigmentation\n\nas promulgated by the State Board of Health shall not exceed:\n\nApplication for Certification $500.00\n\nAnnual Renewal of Certification $100.00\n\nReinstatement of Certification $375.00\n\nReplacement of Certificate $125.00\n\nC. The State Board of Health shall make recommendations to the\n\nLegislature as to the proper and necessary fees for the regulation\n\nof the performance of medical micropigmentation pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Medical Micropigmentation Regulation Act.\n\nD. All fees collected pursuant to the provisions of this\n\nsection shall be deposited in the Public Health Special Fund and\n\nshall be used in implementing the provisions of the Oklahoma Medical\n\nMicropigmentation Regulation Act. Excess funds shall be available\n\nto the State Department of Health for expenditures pursuant to\n\nSection 1-107 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nE.
