Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1501","heading":"Occupational diseases - Reports - Detection and","body":"prevention - Agreements.\n\n(a) The State Board of Health shall design and provide suitable\n\nforms for reporting occupational diseases and illnesses, provide\n\nappropriate instructions for their use, and furnish them without\n\ncharge to all licensed physicians. Such reports shall not be\n\nadmissible in evidence in any court or in any proceedings before the\n\nState Industrial Court.\n\n(b) The State Board of Health shall designate by list, or\n\ngenerally define, those diseases or illnesses which should be\n\nreported and request all physicians of this state to cooperate in\n\nthe reporting of such diseases.\n\n(c) The State Commissioner of Health shall utilize all available\n\nfacilities, laboratory, equipment and personnel in a joint program\n\nwith the State Commissioner of Labor, and industrial and employee\n\norganizations, to detect and prevent conditions leading to\n\nindustrial diseases and occupational health hazards.\n\n(d) The State Commissioner of Health may enter into agreements\n\nwith other agencies of this state for the purpose of carrying out\n\nthe provisions of this section, and securing uniformity of\n\nregulations pertaining to occupational diseases.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a2f71838a98028f3cad6ffe30cbb9fc40746d2491e880204150d9bb1fc43dc81","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1458","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1501.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
