Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1502","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Diagnostic X-Ray Facility Act:\n\n1. \"Diagnostic x-ray facility\" means the use of an x-ray\n\nsystem(s) by a facility in any procedure that involves irradiation\n\nof any part of a human or animal body for the purpose of diagnosis;\n\nand\n\n2. \"X-ray system\" means an assemblage of components for the\n\ncontrolled production of x-rays.
