Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1525","heading":"Measures to prevent smoking in nonsmoking areas","body":"The state or local governmental agency or the person who owns or\n\noperates a public place shall, at a minimum, do the following in\n\norder to prevent tobacco or marijuana smoking or marijuana vaping in\n\npublic places:\n\n1. Post conspicuous signs at entrances to and in prominent\n\nlocations within places where tobacco or marijuana smoking or\n\nmarijuana vaping is prohibited which state that tobacco or marijuana\n\nsmoking or marijuana vaping is prohibited or that the indoor\n\nenvironment is free of tobacco or marijuana smoke or marijuana\n\nvapor; and\n\n2.
