Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1526.1","heading":"Administrative fines - Nursing facilities and","body":"employees - Child care facilities.\n\nIn addition to any other penalties authorized by law, the State\n\nBoard of Health or the Department of Human Services, whichever is\n\nthe appropriate entity, shall impose administrative fines against\n\nnursing facilities, employees of nursing facilities, or both, and\n\nchild care facilities for violations of Section 1-1521 et seq. of\n\nTitle 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in accordance with this section.\n\nIf after a hearing in accordance with the Administrative Procedures\n\nAct, Section 250 et seq. of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the\n\nappropriate entity as specified in this section shall find any\n\nperson to be in violation of subsection A of Section 14 of this act,\n\nsuch person shall be subject to an administrative penalty of Fifty\n\nDollars ($50.00) for the first offense within a one-year period, One\n\nHundred Dollars ($100.00) for the second offense within a one-year\n\nperiod, and Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for a third or subsequent\n\noffense within a one-year period.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"1425c08e1087d85ab56a083c069d6185056115eb74dda60a8786bcbb8a7f7c73","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1526","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1527"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
