Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1532","heading":"Health Care Enhancement Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund to be\n\ndesignated the \"Health Care Enhancement Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of monies received pursuant to Section 7 of this act and any\n\nmonies designated to the fund by law.
