Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1609","heading":"Right of access - Inspections","body":"The State Commissioner of Health or his duly-authorized agent\n\nshall have free access at all reasonable hours to any factory,\n\nwarehouse, or establishment in which hazardous substances as defined\n\nin this article are manufactured, processed, packed, or held for\n\nintroduction into commerce, or to enter any vehicle being used to\n\ntransport or hold such product in commerce after notice to the owner\n\nor person in charge of such factory, warehouse, establishment, or\n\nvehicle, for the purpose:\n\n(1) of inspecting such factory, warehouse, establishment or\n\nvehicle to determine if any of the provisions of this article are\n\nbeing violated, and\n\n(2) to secure samples or specimens of any product, after paying\n\nor offering to pay for such sample.
