Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1610","heading":"Inspections of records","body":"For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this Article,\n\ncarriers engaged in commerce, and persons receiving hazardous\n\nsubstances in commerce or holding such products so received, shall\n\nupon the request of an officer or employee duly designated by the\n\nState Commissioner of Health permit such officer or employee, at\n\nreasonable times, to have access to and to copy all records showing\n\nthe movement in commerce of any hazardous substance or the holding\n\nthereof during or after such movement, and the quantity, shipper,\n\nand consignee thereof; and it shall be unlawful for any such carrier\n\nor person to fail to permit such access to and copying of any such\n\nrecords so requested when such request is accompanied by a statement\n\nin writing specifying the nature or kind of hazardous substance to\n\nwhich such request relates; provided, that evidence obtained under\n\nthis section shall not be introduced in a criminal prosecution of\n\nthe person from whom obtained.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"db20577502d9eb27a685b0a9f028653edbcb637753ce6adb66de06d775448c86","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1609","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1611"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
