Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1611","heading":"Publication of reports and information","body":"(a) The State Commissioner of Health may cause to be published,\n\nfrom time to time, reports summarizing all judgments, decrees, and\n\ncourt orders which have been rendered under this Article, including\n\nthe nature of the charge and the disposition thereof.\n\n(b) The Commissioner may also cause to be disseminated\n\ninformation regarding hazardous substances which, in the opinion of\n\nthe Commissioner, involve imminent danger to health.
