This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Long-Term\n\nCare Reform and Accountability Act of 2001”.\n\nB. The purpose of the Long-Term Care Reform and Accountability\n\nAct of 2001 shall be to design, develop and implement policies and\n\nprocedures that improve the quality of care provided in this state’s\n\nlong-care delivery system for the elderly and disabled.
