Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1909","heading":"Documents and papers required to be displayed","body":"Every long-term care facility as defined by Section 3 of this\n\nact shall conspicuously post for display in an area of its offices\n\naccessible to residents, employees and visitors the following:\n\n1. Its current license;\n\n2. A description, provided by the State Department of Health,\n\nof complaint procedures established under this act and the name,\n\naddress and telephone number of a person authorized by the\n\nDepartment to receive complaints. A copy of the complaint procedure\n\nshall also be given to each resident or in certain cases, the court\n\nappointed guardian;\n\n3. A copy of any order pertaining to the facility issued by the\n\nDepartment or a court which is currently in effect;\n\n4. A copy of any notification from the local law enforcement\n\nauthority of the registration of any person residing in the facility\n\nwho is required to register pursuant to the provisions of the Sex\n\nOffenders Registration Act or the Mary Rippy Violent Crime Offenders\n\nRegistration Act; and\n\n5.
