Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1914.11","heading":"Alternative informal dispute resolution -","body":"Definitions.\n\nFor purposes of Sections 3 through 8 of this act:\n\n1. “Impartial decision-making panel” means a group of\n\nindividuals who are qualified volunteers and employees or\n\ncontractors with the State Department of Health and shall consist of\n\nfive (5) members as follows:\n\na. two members shall be impartial representative\n\nvolunteers who have experience in the operation of a\n\nlong-term care setting, such as an administrator,\n\noperator or director of nursing,\n\nb. one member shall be an employee of the Department who\n\nhas experience in the survey process,\n\nc. one member shall be a person representing the aging or\n\ndisabled community, and\n\nd. one member shall be an impartial person who is not\n\nemployed by the Protective Health Services, Long-Term\n\nCare Division of the State Department of Health; and\n\n2. “Alternative informal dispute resolution” means a\n\nnonjudicial process or forum before an impartial decision-making\n\npanel that provides a facility cited for deficiency with the\n\nopportunity to dispute a citation for deficiency within the pilot\n\nprogram established in Sections 3 through 8 of this act.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"1b19a0245b6ba871dad4df6f077b7c9f88718f6c073041af90defbe7365f5783","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1914.10","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1914.12"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
