No person, including any person at any facility operated by\n\nthe Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs, shall:\n\n1. Intentionally fail to correct or interfere with the\n\ncorrection of a violation within the time specified on the notice or\n\napproved plan of correction under this act as the maximum period\n\ngiven for correction, unless an extension is granted and the\n\ncorrections are made before expiration of extension;\n\n2. Intentionally prevent, interfere with, or attempt to impede\n\nin any way the work of any duly authorized representative of the\n\nDepartment in the investigation and enforcement of this act;\n\n3. Intentionally prevent or attempt to prevent any such\n\nrepresentative from examining any relevant books or records in the\n\nconduct of official duties under this act;\n\n4. Intentionally prevent or interfere with any such\n\nrepresentative in the preserving of evidence of any violation of\n\nthis act or the rules promulgated under this act;\n\n5. Intentionally retaliate or discriminate against any resident\n\nor employee for contacting or providing information to any state\n\nofficial, or for initiating, participating in, or testifying in an\n\naction for any remedy authorized under this act;\n\n6. Willfully file any false, incomplete or intentionally\n\nmisleading information required to be filed under this act, or\n\nwillfully fail or refuse to file any information; or\n\n7. Open or operate a facility without a license.\n\nB. A violation of this section is a misdemeanor.\n\nC.
