The Oklahoma Health Care Authority in its annual budget\n\nrequest submitted pursuant to Section 34.36 of Title 62 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes shall include a supplemental item reflecting the\n\nnew state and federal funding necessary to meet the additional costs\n\nassociated with reimbursing nursing facilities and intermediate care\n\nfacilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities at the\n\nmost recent audited cost.\n\nB.
