Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1928","heading":"Rules and regulations for transfer of residents by","body":"facility or home.\n\nThe Department shall develop reasonable rules and regulations\n\nthat establish appropriate criteria for the transfer of residents\n\ninitiated by a facility or a residential care home, including notice\n\nand hearings if the resident is aggrieved by the decision.
