Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1930.5","heading":"Liability of facility owner, administrator or","body":"employee notwithstanding receivership.\n\nNotwithstanding the general rules of receiverships and trustees,\n\nnothing in Sections 10 through 13 of this act shall be deemed to\n\nrelieve any owner, administrator or employee of a facility placed in\n\nreceivership of any civil or criminal liability incurred, or any\n\nduty imposed by law, by reason of acts or omissions of the owner,\n\nadministrator or employee prior to the appointment of a receiver;\n\nprovided, that nothing contained in this act shall be construed to\n\nsuspend during the receivership any obligation of the owner,\n\nadministrator or employee for payment of taxes or other operating\n\nand maintenance expenses of the facility or of the owner,\n\nadministrator, employee or any other person for the payment of\n\nmortgage or liens.
