Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1949.5","heading":"Long-Term Care Administrator Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Health to be designated the “Long-Term\n\nCare Administrator Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nsuch sources of income as are provided by law. All monies accruing\n\nto the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the Department to carry out the duties\n\nestablished by this act.
