Stat. tit. 63, § 63-1-1950.9","heading":"Fine and imprisonment","body":"\n\nAny violation of the provisions of Sections 2 through 4 of this\n\nact shall be deemed a misdemeanor and, upon conviction or plea of\n\nguilty or nolo contendere, shall be punishable by a fine of not\n\nless than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00), but not more than One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00). In addition to the fine, such\n\nviolator may be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than\n\nthirty (30) days.
