An individual who is a beneficiary of an Oklahoma Long-Term\n\nCare Partnership Program approved policy is eligible for assistance\n\nunder the state Medicaid program using asset disregard pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of subsection C of Section 3 of the Oklahoma Long-\n\nTerm Care Partnership Act.\n\nB. If the Oklahoma Long-Term Care Partnership Program is\n\ndiscontinued, an individual who purchased an Oklahoma Long-Term Care\n\nPartnership Program approved policy prior to the date the program\n\nwas discontinued shall be eligible to receive asset disregard.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority may enter into reciprocal\n\nagreements with other states to extend the asset disregard to\n\nresidents of the state who purchase long-term care policies in\n\nanother state which has an asset disregard program that is\n\nsubstantially similar to the asset disregard program as established\n\nunder the Oklahoma Long-Term Care Partnership Act.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3e48b492c2c4f318963ad5ab2efcd69dbadd37e3c14309968bc625301148d061","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1955.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-1-1955.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
